Preoperative considerations included a bulky and wide nasal tip, and relatively low nasal bridge. Rhinoplasty Surgery included providing a strut to her nasal tip, narrowing her nasal tip, alar reduction of her nostrils. She also underwent a dorsal gortex graft.
